Wah i just had a damn good meal .. at my fav restaurant . i love fusion food!!!
went to eat at club chinois.. the chef was Mr susur lee

Poached Lobster with an Oyster and Leek Bacon Tart, with Smoked Paprika and Minko Mushroom Sauce ( my fav..drool.......)

when i am older i will open restaurants like that .. it will be damn fun. hai always wanted to be a chef lah but in singapore how to BE ONE.. sian... k
